I know it's only 5 bucks, but for two doughnuts, that's enough. These were tough and soggy. I tried putting them in a toast oven to try and crisp them up. But no, and I had to throw them away. You can see the wet frosting in the picture.

This is my favorite Shipley to come to. Their donuts are always fresh, the team is always friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. Luis is awesome! I really needed donuts with sprinkles and they were out, but he asked me to wait and went and added sprinkles to my donuts for me. Something super simple, but it made my day. Thank you, Luis!!

This location is NOT representative of Shipley's. I LOVE Shipley's. Hands down the best donut. I love how perfect and fluffy they are. However, Donuts on a Monday morning before 8am were cold and kinda dry. More importantly, they were way smaller than any other location I've been to ever (and the shrinkflation is just this location because we've been to Shipley's locations in Spring, the Heights, and Baytown in the last year). The quality was more like a mediocre grocery store donut, but like $1.39 for a glazed. The changes also affected the quality of the donut holes. I've been to this location before but it's been over a year. It used to be good, but sadly no more...

Wow! The quality and size of the donuts from this Shipley is totally unacceptable! What has happened to the plain glazed? They are half the usual size! We will not go to this Shipley again. Check out this photo. No good!

There are 2 Shipley locations within our house but we go out of our way here for the donuts and kolaches cause it really is the best around. Their kolaches are absolutely the best- soft, warm and the jalapeño slice they have in their gives the perfect kick. The plain glazed is also perfectly soft and almost melts in your mouth. Our daughter always goes in for the pink sprinkled donut. It's sickly sweet but hey, that's what a 2 year old wants and likes, can't argue with that. The staff here is also amazingly welcoming and always says interacts with our everytime we come in. We love Shipley's!

My family visits this location often. They are ALWAYS kind, FAST and their food is fresh. Last time we visited, the owner was behind the counter working hard. I watched him interact with customers and his employees. He was great with customers. To his employees, he was humble, thankful, worked hard to support them however they needed and was respectful to them. I could tell he was super thankful to have the great staff he has and that attitude is reflected in their work. The ladies who usually run the drive thru are SO kind. I just love visiting this Shipleys!

Just picked up these and the glazed are literally terrible. I'm not sure the cashier gave the same day ones or a few days old. I've been having Shipley's from childhood days and glazes donuts have never looked so dry or tasted old. So sad and disappointed! When I called the store to ask what the cashier gave, someone just answers the phone but puts it down instead of saying hello or talking. never going to this location again.
