The customer service here is amazing! I can't get enough of coming to this place before taking my little one to school. When they have freshly baked donuts ready, it feels like a delightful surprise that we can savor. I'm thrilled to have discovered this fantastic spot!

Tha donuts were fine, but the variety I asked for were not in the boxes. I was disappointed that they did not offer senior discounts or teacher discounts. I bought over two dozen and there were no discounts.

The ladies from did not understand me or even repeated my order online over the phone. They do not sell coffee by the gallon and I made a blank trip. I had to buy 5 dozen donuts and 2 gallons of coffee for my corporate job. I arrived and the lady said she didn’t understand me and only gave me 5 dozen donuts. I had to drive 3 miles to another Shipley for the coffee. Waste of time
