Food is fine, but “service” is terrible. Every time I go there is a minimum of 10 minutes before they take your order, and another 15-20 minutes before you get your food (even if just drinks). You are way better off to go to another sonic. Don’t waste your time.

This fast food restaurant needs to be quicker and have better food quality. The food was horrible you could feel the nasty taste of unchanged oil. Not just that, the service was not great because I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 items and 1 shake to be given to me. I would not recommend coming to this sonic.

About half of the drive up spots have handwritten "Out of Order" signs posted while about half of the others are being used by employees or are completely broken off. I'd placed a mobile order and I had to circle the building in my attempt to check in, which was unsuccessful as the few working spots were filled. I ended up going through the drive thru, where as I waited for my order, the employees were loudly having personal conversations that I don't think they thought I could hear...at least I hope not ?

Ordered a burger, tots & a chili cheese dog. For some absurd reason, they specifically packed the chili cheese dog vertically in the bag.
