While waiting, one worker is walking around on their personal phone, one is working - helping the few customers there before us, and one yells out "what are they waiting on?". We were toomuch trouble for her to greet us, say we'll be with you shortly, something. Basically we left and won't be returning

Always great food in my opinion. I’ve been getting the garlic butter cheeseburger combo with onion rings, and as usual the onion rings are amazing and the garlic butter on a hamburger is simply addictive. So good.
They were short staffed, but that did not stop the young man on shift from smiling and treating us kind and welcoming. If this kid isn't the manager, he should be. The female worker was also kind and attentive. We came here 2/21/24 @ 830 PM.

This was the most frustrating experience of have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Ariel was not competent enough to understand my order after I repeated it several times. When I finally got to the window at drive thru she shot me the filthiest look. The last couple times have been a bad experience. I don’t think I will be back for a long time. Not worth the frustration. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Some of the worst sonic service i have seen. No acknowledgement at the drive through and it took them more than 10 minutes to make 1 slush. Not worth the wait. Haire new staff that actually wants to work and is competent enough to deliver accurate and timely service

This location is a little hidden. Stopped here for a cherry limeade.
Today we thought we try the two for $7, foot longs and an order of onion rings. Well I’ve been there before and they mess up my order or took two long but this was the worst. The meat in the hot dogs were raw and the onion ring were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. A total waste of my money. My personal opinion is they need to get rid of the whole staff and start over. If I lived closer I would have gone back for a full refund. No worries not going back to this one again.
