The service is good but it's the typical Starbucks - they never fill the cup to a reasonable level so you always need to double check the quantity to confirm that you received what you purchased.

This hands down is my favorite location! I will go out of my way to visit this location and not another! Extremely friendly and personable and just home away from home vibe. I LOVE this location... 5 stars isn't enough ?

Every time I order from this location they take at least 15 minutes to prepare a drink, busy or not. This last time I ordered two venti drinks and I had to tell them after twenty minutes that my order had yet to be prepared and called out. The drinks nor price justify the lack of customer service and timely manner (or lack thereof) in which they are prepared and delivered to the customer. Reminds me why I often prefer small chain coffee shops or Dunkin’ Donuts, stronger & better coffee that is prepared in less than five minutes.

September 28, 2023 at 9:15 AM need to train your employees better . Came in ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. And two chocolate chip cookies warmed up. Get my order mixed up on the drink and did not warm up my chocolate chip cookies. Thank you for my day starting off on the wrong foot.

My review is off of not the drinks which is okay but more of tipping for my drink. I just don't understand why this feature is even in this place. So now I should start seeing tipping options at all retail and restaurant locations????? Come on enough is enough with all this tipping option crap. It's getting ridiculous. Doctors and nurses should feature tipping options, law enforcement as well on all calls including fire department, how about hotel and car industry.......etc.......Every company should install tipping system that way it will be consistent!!!!!????!!!

I'm a regular, never really had an issue before. Today was my birthday and I guess they don't do birthday rewards which sucks because someone told me they did and I do come here very often(this exact location too). At the front when I asked if they did birthday rewards, the guy asked if I had the app which I did, he told me to scan then had someone else come and handle it, I thought this meant that they did do birthday rewards...then the lady told me my total was 6$. LOL, hopes crushed. Afterwards, my matcha latte wasn't filled to the top, on the venti cup it was filled to the invisible line right above the black line, the rest was all foam and bubbles from the shaking. Not a big deal since I understand the rush, but even the taste wasn't the same as usual. I could barely taste the matcha today and that's the first time I've had an issue with the matcha. It really just tasted like milk. Maybe the service left a bitter taste in my mouth, or I had higher expectations for a 6$ drink, but I was pretty disappointed. I hope the old staff members come back. They were great :(I have not seen them recently.And note to others starbucks is literally freezing so please bring jackets if yall plan to study here.

I have been a customer at this location since it opened, but I recently had a poor customer service experience which should have been handled better by the manager on duty. I left the store last Sunday without my drink or pastry and 100 fewer stars. I tried to call the store manager for the last 5 days to discuss the matter, but the phone at this location is never answered. I called Starbucks 1-800 on Monday and was told the manager would call me within 48 hours. I never received a response so I called the 1-800 again today and I was asked again to wait 48 hours for a response. My husband went to the store and spoke to the manager today and then she called me. When I finally got the opportunity to speak to the manager, all I received was EXCUSES! Not even an apology! My biggest complaint with this store is customer service and I’ve ignored a lot for a long time! But this conversation today is the end of my journey with Starbucks! A smile goes a long way Starbucks even on the telephone! I will never return to this location until management changes.

I recently visited the Starbucks coffee shop on 90 in Sugar Land, TX, and I was very impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the food and drinks were delicious.I started my morning with a cup of decaf Pike Place Roast coffee, which was smooth and flavorful without being too strong. I also ordered the sausage egg and cheddar sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The sausage was savory and the egg was perfectly scrambled, and the cheddar cheese added a nice touch.To finish off my meal, I had a slice of pumpkin bread, which was moist and flavorful. The pumpkin flavor was not too overpowering, and the bread was just the right amount of sweet.Overall, I had a great experience at Starbucks in Sugar Land. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing morning coffee break. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich.
