I ordered online and I came in after like 9 ish minutes after having made the order and I had to wait a bit because they had another man ordering and some other mobile orders they were making. So I sat and waited for a bit after I told them my name. Then a sweet worker asked me which cookies I liked and I told him I didn't order any cookies. He was like yeah I know, I just want to give you a cookie for having waited. So he gave me a cookie, he didn't have to do that and that was very nice to him. I asked for his name and he said John. I hope to come back and see him here again.

I haven't been to Subway in a couple of years. This subway is 5 minutes from my house and the last time I went it was dirty looking. Times have changed and I was presently surprised. The place looked a lot cleaner. Most of the sandwich items looked fresh, but the lettuce was wilted so I got spinach on my sandwich instead. Bread was fresh. Employees are just as blah. I never got a thank you, but that's the way people are nowadays.
