Store hours on the door say they close at 10pm. 9:33pm and worker sitting inside and wouldn't even look up to see me standing at the door. It you don't stay open till 10, then change the hours on the sign.

Lady had a bad trashy attitude. She needs to get another job. Gave me the wrong bread and then had the audacity get feisty and loud instead of rectifying the situation. Could have just fix the order. I didn't bother to argue, wasn't worth it but she continued to have a bad attitude.

Rude disrespectful employees. Waited in line for a long time while one employee made sandwiches. They would not bring out a second person to help out and it was 12pm lunch hour on a busy weekday. She then attended to people coming in and cutting in line. No greeting or acknowledgment while waiting. Terrible service!

Terrible service. No service to be completely honest. Be careful when placing order online. You will be notified when it's ready, and it's always an hour late. Advice call before going there to make sure they received your order and have prepared. Or as soon as place order call to confirm they received your order and when is a realistic time when ready.

The crew member Yanivis at the counter didn’t greet us as we came to buy the sandwich for our daughter, she was not attentive and was playing with the plastic gloves while we were still standing and was paying the dues ! She wasn’t smiling and was not at all professional! Heads up to the higher management!

There are two subways within a mile of each other on each side of the highway at this intersection. It is very clean inside and staff is very helpful. Just before the lunch rush not too crowded. As always I get the subway club and it is delicious!

Ordered a sandwich for pick up and it was missing the meat, the cheese and guac. Tried calling back but the phone is on steady busy dial. Pretty much paid for a tiny salad in a bun….

Has declined in service. The manager herself is unaccomkfating to her customer over a cheap sandwich. Can't imagine what they are teaching the associates. Have gone there for multiple times with no issues. Went today and manager "Denise" was helping me. After putting sauce on whole sandwich, she told me she cannot make it again and started arguing. Then she informed me that she will not be making my sandwich without even accommodating me.
