Older Cuban gentleman got annoyed that I ordered 3 sandwiches instead of just one. He was eager to go back and watch the soccer game. Kept making remarks and even yelled at me to order fast. Very Rude!!!
I used to like going here but now the new Cuban accent guys in there have an attitude for no reason, they are not friendly at all and get mad when you ask for “lettuce”. Not going back due to poor customer service. The old short guy that has been there forever is nice though.

Went to Subway in Sugar Land TX and that was a big mistake. First and for some reason they are covering the meat station with a big stainless steel cover so you cannot see what they are putting in your sandwich anymore. The salad station was visible but some of the ingredients weren't fresh like the cucumber and tomatoes. When I went to get my drink at the soda machine I noticed some black particles in the ice then a member of the staff told me that the ice machine wasn't working.
