Caution: Behind the counter is operated by Desi guy who gets upset if you use Subway App in advance. It appeared he only wanted to sell Subs at full price.2 stars because his veggies did not look frozen

I haven't been to a Subway in a while but dropped in to this location. I was on the fence after seeing the Yelp ratings and Map ratings however I decided to go and was glad I did. The team that took care of me were very courteous and personable, the cleanliness of the location was pleasantly surprising. They were very friendly and patient with my order and thankfully the food met my expectations. Thank you very much for the great customer service and tasty food

Rude service, especially if you use the app to order. Not certain if they get charged fees for using the app. But they are rude to you if you don’t place your order at the counter. I believe the older Indian Genral man is the owner but was not pleasant to deal with.

When I placed my order, I asked for 4 sandwiches. I asked for the first two to be made first since they were the veggie delites and not to cross contaminate with meat. I went on to pay for the sandwiches,drink, and chips. Before the employee walked away from the register I told her my two other sandwiches are turkey. I went to put something in the trash. A line had formed and she helped the person who was in front of me. Instead of saying something when the employee saw me, they kept helping the person in front of me. Cool. No worries. But they went on to do another task. Umm... I told you I had 4 sandwiches. I finally said something and I could tell the employees did not like I said something. When I gave the explanation, I told them I understand you are busy, all you have to do is explain. They mislabeled my order too as the sandwich with out mayo had mayo. Subway Owner, train your staff to not cross contaminate meat orders with non meat. I saw in front of my eyes the employee put meat on my sandwhiches and then went to put veggies for the veggie delite. Also, if the customer asked for multiple sandwhiches, create them. You can tell a customer, I am still helping this one customer. I will get to yours.

The attitude of the workers here is just not welcoming. They so stingy and strict. I go a little further to another subway if I need one

Rude owner! I had a coupon for buy one get one free and her employee charged me for it and as soon as I was getting my receipt she came talking loud that the coupon was not supposed to work on the sandwiches that I got . I told her sorry I use these at other locations on these same sandwiches and she said "well this is not those other subways" . Just extremely rude , in front of everyone. First of , the system should deny the coupon when scanning or the employee should already know this. Never coming back!

Don’t shop here… I went to purchase 1 foot long and one 6” and I was asking the cashier to give me an extra wrapper to wrap one of the subs and the dam lady wanted to charge me for another 6” for the piece of wrap. She said those were the Subway rules and she had to follow. This is ridiculous… I have been to other Store and have never encountered this problem…. This is the worst Subway store ever been you to. I am never coming here again…?very disappointed ☹️ Lady

We were going to be customers but the woman at the counter almost barred my mom from using the restroom because she said it was for paying customers only. Mom needed to go badly so went anyway and once out the lady told her to not come back anymore. Best believe we won't! How rude!
