In my past experiences, gluten & dairy free cakes tend to be dry and have a grainy texture - but that's definitely not the case with Sugar Land Gluten Free. This cake was moist and delicious with a wonderful texture - we could not tell the difference vs a typical flour/dairy cake.It really made my wife's birthday and the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you!

What an excellent cake! (and I mean excellent). I threw a surprise birthday party for my wife. She has gluten allergies and Sugar Land bakery made an excellent lemon, layered, gluten-free cake. There were 10 of us there and I think we could have fed 10 more with this cake. It goes a long way.The taste was incredible. The cake itself is not easy when baking with GF flour. We have been trying for more than a dozen years now. This was baked perfectly. The icing and the lemon curd between the layers really made the bit "Zing" and come alive in our mouth. We loved it... and had it for breakfast the next two mornings as well :-)Really appreciated this... thank you very much!

Cintya made the most beautiful and perfectly tasting Gluten Free carrot cake! My mom and I have celiac and for her birthday I got her a carrot cake made by Cintya.Cintya was so kind, communicative, and pleasant to do business with (both to me over the phone/text and my step dad who picked it up)! Lots of people asked where I got it from and couldn’t believe it was gluten free (and even vegan!). Will use again!!! 10/10!

We ordered the Gluten Free Berries cake for my mother-in-law’s 92nd birthday. She’s gluten intolerant and so are two other family members in attendance. That there could be such cakes without gluten (or dairy!) really expanded their horizons. The rest of us were just taken with how delicious it was! I don’t know that I’ve ever had a better cake, gluten free or not. It was THAT GOOD!

Cintya is absolutely amazing! I booked her for a variety cupcake dozen to include at a bridal shower. She was so prompt in responding and the cupcakes were beautiful! We had the chocolate, carrot, lemon and berry. Not only did my GF guest tell me that they were the best she's had, but so many non-GF guests complimented them! Highly recommend her for you GF needs.
