Aren’t cookie stores supposed to make and sell cookies?? I went in to buy 4 dozen cookies for some customer gifts but was told they would only sell me 3 dozen. No option to wait so they could MAKE MORE COOKIES. I asked why and was told it would leave the front cookie display cabinet bare. I asked what they would do if 5 people walked in and each ordered a dozen? I was told that they would space them out. Not once did they say they would MAKE MORE COOKIES??? They would rather sandbag their cookies then actually sell them…OR Lord forbid MAKE MORE COOKIES! Oh, I was the only customer in the store. Anyways, I left without cookies…me and my corporate card are going to Crumbl from now on. They always seem to have plenty and have never turned me down.

Tiff Treats is a phenomenal store that’s a great stop and go with your loved ones. I recently went to Tiff Treats at this location on National Chocolate Chip day, because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend and her family with cookies so 2 dozen for $30 was a steal; however, I completely was unaware I had to order the batch online for pickup or delivery. I went into the store and Adam, the store manager, honored the coupon and helped me. I left with the cookies, and a huge smile. I deeply appreciate the help from Adam and his employees.

These cookies are delightful when warm; they have a wonderfully soft and mushy texture that's truly enjoyable. However, I must admit that I hoped for a better service experience, especially considering the premium price of these cookies. I placed an online order and upon arrival, I inquired about the status of my cookies. Unfortunately, the communication between the staff seemed lacking, as they initially told me it would be a few minutes, but it ended up taking longer than expected. Improving their teamwork and service efficiency would greatly enhance the overall experience.

My favs:Chocolate chip and double chocolate - so good when warm! Also microwaves really well a day or two after! Rocky road - the crunch of the almonds and the sweet gooeyness of marshmallows is perfect! Plus I love chocolate so it hits the spot! Lemon - like a lemon bar in a cookie formSnickerdoodle - one of my favorites when warm but doesn't as good leftover Oatmeal raisin - generally speaking, I love oatmeal raisin and theirs is a much smoother (less chunky) version. It's a bit sweet but still hits my oatmeal raisin cravings! Just ok: M&m - just not a fan of the texture Red velvet - too cakey for me Pumpkin spice - maybe just not for me Triple chocolate chip - not a fan of white chocolate and feel like this cookie was lacking in chocolatey goodness that I would expect given the name Tip: If you send at least a couple of deliveries a year, you should sign up and pay for the Elite program where delivery is free! They also send you lots of good coupons - sometimes for a free dozen or add a half dozen of the latest flavor with purchase. Also if you follow their messages on the App, you'll get their latest deals! And you can also check them on Too Good to Go app which offers their extra leftovers for a discounted price ($6 a dozen).

I first had Tiff’s Treat at my school for teacher’s appreciation week. The Cookies were large, thin, warm, gooey, and full of flavor. They would literally fall apart they were so fresh. However, I ordered today at the sugar land location .Today the cookies were small, thick, and warm like they were microwaved. They did not taste like they were freshly made out of the oven. They also tasted a bit salty. They honestly taste like cookies from your grocery store. This was definitely not what I was expecting from Tiff’s Treat. I was bragging about Tiff’s treat to my friend & we both were very disappointed. The worker was friendly but the cookies were bad. We ended up throwing the rest of the cookies away .
