Food was terrible and now my stomach hurts after eating their food. All their ingredients they had looked like it had been sitting out for days due to the color. I should have looked at the food first before ordering and walk right out the door. The edamame looked brown. The fish smelled funny and did not taste fresh.I ended up only eating a few bites and threw the rest away. Just for 2 proteins a bowl was over $13.

I've since tried Umaki again and the quality has improved since my last experience! They reach out shortly after my last review via door dash and provided credit so we tried them out again and even another time after. I appreciate their support from my first experience

Service has gone downhill recently. Had a request recently that the order taker refused to help with even though they'd done it every time before. There was no manager or supervisor to appeal to so we all left and went elsewhere.

Best Poke in Sugar Land!!!Price is reasonable for Poke. Their rewards system is amazing ? I got a 3 protein poke for free recently! ?Staff are super friendly, and I just love the taste.I have no idea why Poke Burri( where Poke is like $30 dollars because they charge for toppings ) is rated more than these guys!! That is crazy to me!

I love this restaurant! I like that you can pick from a variety of fish. They have a lot of options to create a very tasty sushi bowl.

I ordered it at afternoon, and I really don't like the way they make my bowl, bad service I ever had. They made it so terrible, just put a lots sauces like pull over water depend on their emotions like angry :)) . The results is my food so weird and I paid almost $17 in the trash. My honestly recommend don't buy anything when your feeling employee is angry, and it made your day bad too :)))

Wow. Good food, reasonable prices, great selection of toppings, and you actually get decent sized scoops of fish. I wish I took a picture of my bowl but I couldn’t stop myself from digging in as soon as I got it.

Food was fine... but really just fine. They call it a sushi burrito but only really cause the sushi roll is wrapped in paper. The flavor was good, and the service quick. I'm just not sure it was worth $50 for 3 people for quick service sushi.

Usually this place is great but today the girl who made my burrito did so poorly. She did not spread out the ingredients and then did a very poor job wrapping. For whatever reason she felt rushed. The burrito has fallen apart. Also there was a shrimp skin. Ew.

Im not sure I’ve EVER written a negative review for anything before but I think my first time getting food poisoning is a good reason (especially after years of eating REAL sushi with no problems!)A family member got take out this afternoon and brought it home for dinner. Mine had tempura shrimp as the only protein, should be fine since it’s cooked. I ate about 2-3 hours ago, 30 minutes ago nauseous and now vomiting. I was the only person to get shrimp and (so far, hopefully) the only one to be sick. I’ve eaten nothing else today that could cause this. I’ve had several other friends get sick after eating at this particular location, even up to a couple years ago. Clearly, owner and staff do not care about how many people they’ve put at risk with bad food and I don’t know why people still go here. Maybe another location is better but stay FAR away from the Sugar Land one, it needs to be shut down!!!

Right next to Black Bear Diner, we went to go check it out! If you want to get value for your buck, order the bowl since the burrito with toppings look to be half the size of the bowl. Staff were really nice and friendly and even accomodated for my friend who ordered almost all of their toppings. Reliable sushi for its price!
