“This is my usual go to place for delicious food. They have a very diverse menu, and every dish that I've ever tried here has been awesome. The staff is incredibly hardworking and attentive. This is a perfect family-friendly spot with so many vegetarian options to order from. I highly recommend Vipul's Kitchen to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian cuisine and top-notch service.“
“Udipi is a favorite neighborhood restaurant with a host of delicious vegetarian offerings. The restaurant was busy with patrons filling the space as usual. Many were families. Tonight we had Bisibelebath, Spring Dosa, Sambar (soup) and rice cakes (Idly). We were treated to a Mango drink and a sweet dessert. The portions were plentiful, so much that we had a take home box after feeling rather full. Excellent food, moderately priced and comfortable but not-so-fancy atmosphere.“
“If you are looking for authentic Punjabi, Indian food then you must visit or order food from Standard Sweets.. must try - Gulab Jamun, Red/yellow jalebi, Samosa with Chutney, Kalakand.Curries are yummy too and all the prep is done in less oil and optimum use of spices..If you miss Apna Punjab food then this place will knock your socks off!“
“Hello everyone, To start, I can go on and on about how great this restaurant is. The sandwiches are always made so fresh and the owners are heaven sent. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The service is amazing and after trying this place you will never settle for any other sandwich place in your life. Cheesy parmesan bread is my favorite, all veggies are beautifully cut and are nearly placed. The options for drinks is extended and all of the protein is FRESH . GO HERE ASAP!!! Photos coming soon“
“My mom wanted a vegetarian meal for lunch and I remembered about this place when I was in the area, so we decided to try it out. I really enjoyed the decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was delicious and flavorful. We ordered 3 different dishes and my mother really enjoyed her dish. We will come back in the future.“
“Quan Yin Vegan Restaurant is a gem! Not only are their prices reasonable, but the food is also exceptional. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious vegan options that cater to all tastes. The ambiance is clean and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a meal with friends or family. The service is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Whether you’re a vegan or just looking to try something new, Quan Yin is definitely worth a visit!“
“We came here during Chinese new year and the tea house was closed bc of the festivities. There were a couple of outdoor tents that had food to purchase. Plenty of variety and were delicious. The temple had a few activities and crafts to buy. Very cool place, looking forward the the tea house next time.“
“This place gets very busy so the wait was a bit long. I ordered bun rieu and bun bo hue to-go. Good portion and only $6.50. However, it felt like they just completely forgot my order because I was waiting for a long time. I mean it was to-go? So all you have to do is prepare it as in put all the food in the containers. I got a little annoyed because people who came in after me got their food first. Don't know if they pre-ordered beforehand but it was a few times before I finally went up and ask where is my food.Anyways, for a vegetarian dish, it was flavored nicely and I think people who doesn't like vegetarian food will enjoy it too. Plus it's healthy. You can taste a lot of tomatoes in the broth, almost a little sour to me. The bun bo hue was interesting, definitely not your usual bun bo hue.“
“Go there. Just go. We've been eating at Duy whenever we are in Houston (seems like 20 years now), and this place is absolutely the tops. Seemingly endless options for vegan banh mi and vegan pho, with great rolls of various kinds, delicious homemade hot sauce, and a plethora of stuff to take away to reheat and/or cook at home. And EVERYTHING is DELICIOUS. The soup broth is perhaps the best vegan version anywhere. Houston is without doubt the premier place in the US for Vietnamese food, and there are plenty of great vegan spots (including Quan Yin, which is right around the corner from Duy, and San San Tofu, which is right up the street), and Duy is one of the very best. It's a true hole-in-the-wall, but don't let that put you off. Super friendly staff, too!“
“First time here and I'm totally impressed with how simply great things are. It's not a fancy atmosphere, however they have some good sophisticated wines to taste. The wings & chicken strips are huge! I ordered an 8 piece thinking it was little ones like the other wing place... We didn't finish half of our food! We did finish the wine ?“
