The food was very flavorful and authentic. The owner was chatting with us and recommending different dishes and their preparation. We will go back and try the different dishes recommended by him.Vegetarian options: They have soybean cake and tofu dishes.

It's my second time trying Indonesian food, but it's my first time at this restaurant. My company and I ordered the following:Soto Ayam chicken noodle soup - I can say that this soup broth is very tasty and rich in flavor.Nasi Goreng Cakalang - The tuna flakes tasted like it's been smoked or fried, and it does compliments well with the fried rice.Nasi Bakar chicken - spicy chicken with plain rice wrapped inside the banana leaves and grilled. The juice of the spicy chicken soaks up the rice, and the scent of grilled banana leaves added up in a unique flavor combination, which makes this dish authentic and delicious.Es cendol and Es campus - Both are refreshing, not that sweet, and delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The owners are both nice and friendly.

I am thinking of visiting Jakarta for vacation but haven’t tried Indonesian cuisine yet so I went here to try it. The food is very good and the customer service is excellent. There are more Indonesian customers so it must be authentic. I am glad I stopped by this place ?

I’m from Indonesia and I always make my own Indonesian food. When my friend told me about this new Indonesian restaurant, I was so excited to try it. I went there on Wednesday, 1/31 around noon. Bought a portion of “mie ayam” for take out. The restaurant is a small part of a restaurant. The space is small and pretty tight, has 6 tables with 4 chairs each. Not much room left for moving around. Not bad though. There was a large group of Indonesian customers with one American man. There’s a young woman going back and forth from their kitchen with the food for herself and a young man (maybe her boyfriend). Idk if she’s a part of the restaurant staff but she and her boyfriend were eating in the same room with the customer without checking on the customers. I don’t think that’s a professional way to run a restaurant business. Maybe that’s normal in that restaurant. ??‍♀️. The food is okay. Not great but not terrible. The price is a little bit pricey. The noodles are overcooked. The chicken is okay. The seasonings are not the best. The meatballs, I tasted more flour than the beef. It’s a little bit chewy. Actually I was planning to come back with my family and try other food on the menu but maybe I need to reconsider that. Thank you.

We had lunch here on Saturday. It's pretty busy but the service was fast. We ordered beef soup/soto daging, nasi goreng rendang, batagor and nasi bakar ayam, all were delicious. Worth the drive, since we live in Cypress area.

As Indonesian, I will say in Bahasa so Indonesian in Texas, especially Houston will know that we have this amazing restaurant all we want.I visited Houston and hoped to find delicious Indonesian food, armed with Google search, I found Warung Indo or Yuan Kitchen, the menu was very complete with flavors that could be said to be perfect like Indonesian cuisine in general. The pempek is very delicious, it's not inferior to the original Pempek from Palembang, fried foods like Tempe Mendoan, Filled Tofu also taste delicious, just right for Indonesia! The fresh Cendol ice is a winner!Service was very friendly by the server, who I think is the daughter of the owner who can speak Indonesian, adding to the warm atmosphere of eating Indonesian dishes. This place is highly recommended!

A small restaurant with a lot of Indonesian options! They also have a tiny grocery. The Soto Ayam is excellent. Very flavorful.Fried tofu appetizer is very yummy.Batagor is decent.Their sambal roa tuna fried rice is okay, I prefer more spicey.Es Campur is not to my taste.I definitely will be back to try more dishes!
