sylvia the own manger of whataburger said to me and my family quote on quote “i am not your wife” because apparently we were yelling at her when we were just trying to say that our food was taking to long. 6 cars in the left lane got there orders while we were there waiting for 20 minutes. even 1 car infront and behind of us got there order. then when we tried to address the situation to the manger she yell at us and was being very disrespectful. Then me and my family proceeded to go inside at talk to her because she walked away from us in the line. we proceed to tell her that we weren’t trying to start an argument and just wanted to get our food. then once we got home and opened our food our order wasn’t complete and we were missing sauces and our food was upside down.

Honestly, just go someplace else for drive through. Been coming here for 4 years, at least 20 times, and only once in that time, have they ever gotten my order right. When you ask for things plain and dry, they still put mustard. If you have anything that makes it yours, they're going to get it wrong. I've also had my car backed into before and the person just drove off. Genuinely, just a place where you should only go if you want to guarantee to be frustrated because they got your order wrong. You're right, I should've learned faster, but it's the closest Whataburger burger to me, so I wanted to keep giving it a try. Never again.

The entire staff is great! On the night shift, Jerry is always very engaging and personable! He's an absolute joy, and makes my night when I interact with him!The food always comes out just like I ask for it!

Whoever the guy that works on night shift is doesn't bother to ask "Does that complete your order" because he will assume you don't and totals up whatever he heard without checking first. This has happened over the past year everytime he's working the window.
