I've been to this location a few times in the past, and by far this experience was the worst. The service was insufferable. I waited 30 minutes for an online order that I was told upon arrival would be ready at least 30 minutes prior. You would think with such a crowded restaurant that employees would be hard at work. Well that wasn't the case there was alot of horse playing to say the least. After finally receiving my order the food was below the usual standards. Nothing I had that night was appetizing. The fries were undercooked the chicken tenders were overcooked ,and the chicken on the chicken sandwich was undercooked in spots. Overall this review isn't meant to bash or complain but to merely evoke change. Hopefully a better tasting quality and experience is born from it. People spend their hard earned money only to receive mediocre or below average food or service is really disappointing.

Waited almost 25 mins on 2 sandwiches. The place looked empty and the staff is lost. Kinda disappointed since i really wanted to try it with my wife for the 1st time. I don’t recommend nor come back to the place.

Tried this place for the first time today.Friendly associate took our order.It was cooked fresh in a very timely manner.Had a big zalad. I'll be back.

Arrived at 1:02 noticed cars were pulled up waiting. Didn’t mind still ordered my food in drive thru. Paid and was told to pull up three other cars alreadY waiting. I wait for 20 min for a worker to walk out with one order. At this point it’s 6 cars waiting. He ask me my order and said o I don’t have it can u pull up more. So I did. And waiting another 10 min until I pull back around. And ask for a refund it’s been 30 min at this point. They take my receipt and throw it in the trash in front of me and try to give me food that looked like it had been sitting or given to someone else. I want a refund not food at this point I’m over it. Food was 17 they try and give me 13 three times after I’ve explained my total was 17. After 5 attempts I finally received the correct amount. No apology just a waste of 45 min. Place really needs better management and training of staff.

My family and I stopped by this location on a Monday evening at 9pm. The store hours showed that they didn't close until 10 pm. We decided to go in rather than the drive thru. Walked up to the doors, finding the lobby locked. Chairs on the tables and everything. We still wanted chicken and got in the drive-thru line. When it was our turn I ordered one #6. A 20 piece family meal. The young lady paused momentarily and said "we don't make family meals after 9 pm". Obviously the staff running the store that night wanted to close shop on their time and not what it should have been. I drove up to the window and observed the employees laughing. Terrible service.

Chicken fingers not thoroughly cooked; fries tasted like wet frozen fries with no flavor. Was a waste of $ as I tossed meal. Best thing going was the Texas toast.

Fries are nasty way too much salt in the seasoning. And when you ask for ketchup the lady in drive thru has a nasty attitude like I'm killing her existence on earth.... Never returning.
