Never got my food, they charged me for it. Called and they told me it was on its way, never made it. I was never contacted next day either, so I disputed it with my bank. A little ridiculous, I can only assume they took my food home and ate it.

Can’t believe it, placed order on line when I arrived to the location waited over 30 minutes and lady on front counter keep saying we are short handed, same lady taking orders cooking and person in the back making pizzas and touching her ear (ear buds) end up cancelling the order and will never come back to this location,

I don't go to Pizza Hut much as tend to go to mom-and-pop pizza places but now and then I get the old-school pizza chain craving. Does it taste the same as childhood Pizza Hut, not the same but it still filled my Pizza Hut craving. Well, I went into the location even though normally I order online as was already nearby. It didn't seem very busy but ordered in-store, not the same deals as online but not surprised and not going to argue about that. Well, the reason for my review I hope I don't ruin his name Norman was extremely professional, but after coming in and waiting for my pizza to be completed. I noticed the people coming in and out and could only notice how professional and courteous Norman greeted everyone coming and out. You could say Pizza Hut or any corporate company enforces the greeting. It was just that his farewell greeting was sincere in wishing everyone a safe and beautiful evening. It's the simple things that make the experience enjoyable or the icing on the cake and I hope Pizza Hut shows Norman the recognition he deserves.

Pizza should have been ready when I arrived, but the guy told me it would be 10 minutes more, then after 27 minutes, he said they ran out of the pan crust, and it will be 30 minutes more, and they will give me a free bottle of soda, I told him I don't drink soda I just want my pizza I already paid for, so they supposedly refunded my money and now an hour out of my life and I'm still hungry, I was already sceptical because the guy that was taking money kept placing his hand in the box the pizza goes in, and the girl cutting the pizzas kept playing on her phone and sucking on her necklace and fingers, so I guess it's better i didn't get my pizza, I may have got something I didn't order, I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!

I ordered my food online and when it was picked up it was wrong .Called the store and Norman told me that he couldn't replace it that he had nothing to do with online orders. I asked him if I could bring the food back for replacement he said I will need to pay for it again. Asked for the manager he said he was the manager . He then said a lady name Katherine was the manager ..

I will not order from Pizza Hut again. They charge too much for a dried up, sketchy looking and wrong pizza. To their credit, my last pizza was replaced by what I originally ordered. Of the last three times I ordered from Pizza Hut, I wasn't satisfied once. Not acceptable.

Placed a delivery order and pizza was out for delivery earlier than originally stated. Driver left my food on the doorstep and didn't knock or ring the doorbell. By the way, I did not ask for touchless delivery. I happened to look out my window as the driver, Randi, was walking away. I walked outside and asked why he did not knock to which he did not respond and I let him know that I would not have added a tip if I would have realized this is what would happen. I called the store where the manager on duty told me Randi was a "Dasher" and there was nothing he could do. Going forward, I will make sure Pizza Hut has there own drivers on duty. If not, I will opt for Domino's.
