I have "heard" bad things about the staff. Word of mouth goes pretty far around our area. I stopped in to grab some lunch for my husband, and I must say I think it is a hit and miss. I had wonderful women take care of my me. I am a chatter, and they kept up. I would not go on word of mouth on this. Try for yourself before you can pass a judgement about the staff.
I love this Subway! All of the employees are so kind, thoughtful, and they make the best sandwiches !! It's hard to find good customer service but.... the Sweeny store is the BEST! I like to go in the morning just before lunch, and that day crew is just awesome! It's nice to see the same employees. It's like you feel so comfortable because most of the time, they already know what you want! SUPER KUDOS!
