This place was sooooo good! My friend and I wanted a good meal before we got on the road and we are so happy we stopped here. The ingredients tasted so fresh and the owners were so nice too. We also loved that it didn't feel like we were eating a ton of grease which was nice especially since they were so filling! The beans were also incredibly good, which is the true test of quality Mexican food. Definitely recommend if you find yourself in Giddings.

On our way to Houston, stopped for a quick lunch. The owners couldn't have been nicer! They were out of rice so they substituted potatoes and they were crispy and perfect with the beans. I ordered the street tacos and the corn tortillas were hot and slightly crisped. The chicken was delicious, but the star was the salsa roja. Fantastic.

Fast, friendly, and delicious. Got the bacon, egg, and potato breakfast "taco" which is on a wonderful flour tortilla. Bacon was thick-cut and CRISPY. Eggs were fluffy and potatoes were excellent. Hot and fresh. Got mine with cilantro and onions. The red and green salsas are tasty too. Staff had masks (the lady did) and wore gloves on the grill. Bathroom on the side of building was clean as well.

Great tacos and they are BIG. Got the brisket and beef tacos. Delicious meat and tortillas were thin and crispy, perfect. Loved their mild salsa. Wait was about 30 min due to a couple orders in front of us but it was cooked fresh and tasted great so it was worth the wait. Worth a stop off 290 but don't expect super fast service, they take their time to do it right.
