Poor customer service, was not greeted or acknowledged when we walked in stood at the counter to place order nobody even took our order workers were making faces at us and each other, we just walked out of there ??????

The “baby” Whataburger in Taft, Texas, rocks. May be the cleanest store and sharpest staff in any Whataburger. Regional management should reward them and train new staff here.

I stop at the Taft Whataburger is on the way to work, which is awesome for me, but your customer service is terrible. Your site manager Priscilla in the morning hours is terrible very rude which makes me feel very uncomfortable when I go to the Whataburger knowing that she will talk bad about customers and other coworkers, I feel did Priscilla needs training on being a Manager customer service and to be honest with you she really needs to stop being rude.

Second time visiting since 8 years ago. Two patties, cheese, bacon, mayonnaise only. 1 sandwich only, 9 dollars and change. People like it, people pay. It's way to expensive. High chance of never coming again. Purely out of principle.

Don't go to 14th Street sloppy burgers. The one on the highway is way better service and food made with love ?? trust me!
Food was AMAZING!!! Was just passing through glad we did. Restaurant was clean staff were awesome. Will be back. The freshness bob ive had food came out quickly and prefect. Thanks Taft!
Everytime I go get food they never fail. Cold hard fry,s and my burger is always dry my cheese is never melted. I know it,s fast food but it was never like this. Whataburger was the place to go. Ever since Covid came around it has gone DOWN so sad.
Really good food and service but it's kind of an old building. Needs remodeling

Dirty greasy foodI usually go to Portland, however we stopped on the way home from out of town the wait was long and fries were soft cold and greasy (I didn’t eat them) and the burger was nasty also.. ewwww will never return, and maybe find a new favorite chain as well. Whataburger is not the same.. may as well have went to McDonalds….
