Food took over 30 minutes. When it finally arrived the food was all thrown into 1 bag. Sauce was missing. We were missing the wacky pack toy. I will not be back. Terrible service.

i went dec 8 at 11 am ordered a burrito and it is super tiny and i come to sonic alot and my burrito has never been this tiny and my drink was a strawberry lemondade light ice and it has a lot of ice when i said light ice and extra strawberry and it just taste like watered down weird lemonade. i was told they can only remake my drink and wont remake my food ig on my way back to sonic so they can remake my drink

This sonic is trash, I never have a good experience and it takes as long as a half hour just to get some drinks much longer for food.

Paid almost $10 for ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito when it got out it was the same size as the $2 jr breakfast burrito & both of them were cold. Manager came out got both too them back in and headed them up and brought them back. If you're gonna charge a ridiculous amount for food it should atleast be worth the price.
Took 25 minutes for our food to come out and we were the only ones there. Got my burger and there was only 1 tomato and half a piece of bacon on my burger. Also my burger was a two patty burger, I only got one. Place is absolutely horrible

7 the past 2 or 3 weeks I have been to this Sonic about three separate times, each time I showed up there to order food, the items that I ordered they would be out of stock. And that really wouldn't be a problem had they not already took my money for the item that was out of stock and then proceeded to give him a change and then tell me that they were out of stock. So I asked it what I can getting play 7 or do I get my money back and they looked at me like no habla English. Again. this happened more than once in the past week otherwise I would not be the Karen that posted a negative review.

This was there last chance, I was the only vehicle in line,7 minutes to feel the order, single burrito no sides. Order was wrong. Last Saturday I stopped in at 7:30,they had not made coffee yet.Sell it to a owner who CARES!!
