Ordered via phone.Sandwiches were just ok. Ordered a large coke no ice. I got a flat watered down coke. Coke was clearly diluted, mixed with water. WHY? If drinks without ice are not allowed inform the customer at the outset rather than selling water.

I got a flat bread turkey sandwich. It was delicious until i got to the last bite. And thank goodness i looked at it before i took a bite. There was a little black curly hair in my sandwich. ?

I spent $35 on dinner for my family and none of it was edible from ordering through the app. My son had to throw it in the trash. Mine was covered in a sauce I didn't order. When I called, they hung up. I wish I could support a Tatum restaurant, but I will not be back.

It’s really depressing that this subway used to be a 10/10 but now it just totally sucks.. to start off with made an online order was charged for it and all got there they said no order was made that their internet was down this was the second time this had happened.. Harry garland the district manager I believe was very rude when stating their internet was down and that I’d be refunded my money in 3-5 days.. so I order AGAIN jennifer the manager up there goes to put my food in the oven drops it on the floor.. so I wait some more for them to make it AGAIN got home and both subs had no mayo or are even made right to begin with… these two just need to be fired like today…

I would give this place a zero if possible! The manager Harry Garland I think is his name and Jennifer Lord Jesus help them can't make an order to save both of their lives Jennifer done dropped my order on the ground trying to put it in the oven to heat it and had to re make it you had two chances and can't even get it right.. I mean damn.. no sauces or anything on them sandwiches.. they both need to be fired for real.. lazy as hell got them kids up there doing all the work.. fire them..like today

On January 13th I ordered off the subway app at around 12pm. With the app telling me that it be ready for 12:20. Which is not a bad timing. I sent my husband up there to get pickup my order. The store told him they didn't have any online orders and there wasn't an order for me. So, he drove back home. As I brought up my order on my phone and showed him I ordered it. I called the subways phone number and spoke with the lady about my order. This being 12:20 by now, and still no food.She was like, oh I found it.. as the other person working there was screaming what did u order?? OmgI told her I was gonna send him back up there to get it. Twice having to drive to this restaurant (gas is not cheap)So he brings my order home and all b darn, it wasn't even my order. OMG ok.And the time was like 12:45, can you imagine how salty I was. REALLY  salty by then.So, I went back up there and gave the order that wasn't mine back. I asked for my money back and she was like we have no manager here. She didn't even ask to redo my sandwich.  She just took the food back. I asked for the managers name. MRS. Nicki.I went out of town that weekend and couldn't address it till Monday. I called Monday no manager again.I haven't been back up there.  But I'm so frustrated I didn't eat and lost my $12.19Wish someone wld contact me regarding this.NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Subway is good for fast food but too

Everything was great, except for the fact that they only had enough wheat bread for one 12" sub. Also, I tried to call my order in but no one answered the phone. There were 3 workers in the Subway and there was only one customer when I arrived. I live less than a mile from the Subway.

If the door says open till 10 p.m and the internet says confirm by business 7 days ago open till 10 p.m. Then you think they are open till 10. Well NOT in Tatum Tx. They close whenever the hell they want too. Try to go up to get a sandwich at 8:32 p.m. and get told they closed by the people working inside. They only reason. They get one star is this dang reveiw won't let you give zero
