Just got home with my drive through meal only to learn instead of the half pound Arbys sandwich value meal I bought and paid for. So you call since one third of the meal size I bought won't do it and they don't answer their phone and have not setup messages making it impossible to contact them short of driving back. Please hire people who have a clue, this is becoming a problem with several fast food restaurants since there aren't qualified people to hire.

been in the drive thru line for over 20 min, only one car has been in front of me.. I don't understand what's so hard about this. . you take the meat, put it in the bread and throw it in a _#_#&_ box. smfh

Buyer beware! I have eaten at this location around 6 times this year and have used multiple cards at this location. Some how they charged all my cards again without me even noticing until now. Total charges over $240 this month. The most I spend at Arby's is less then $20 for my wife and I. This location must be a franchise. The last time I was dining in a customer wanted his money back because they messed up his order. The response was sorry sir we don't issue refunds at this location. I would avoid this location. My wife and I always make sure our order is correct before leaving this location. If you do go ask for a refund and see your response.

I strongly suggest that something isn't quite right at the W Adams location mostly fraudulent charges they claim there was a problem with their billing I think they were or an employee got greedy and has just been caught and Arby's is trying cover their collective arse

I got the chicken Avocado wrap, half of the wrap was hot the other half was cold and smashed.I usually like Arby's . This must have been one of their days off.

Drive thru only, they messed up the order, and they don't even have happy hour from 2-5 pm for $1 sliders like other Arby's. What a disappointment.
