People should be allowed to leave negative Stars. Ordered at 6:15 p.m. walked out the door it was 7:20. Ordered several items my total came out to almost $60. Of which we had two Rubens neither one of them had any sauerkraut on them and don't know what kind of cheese that is but it's disgusting and like Wax and no it's not white thinking it might be cheddar. Beef and cheddars had no cheddar on it. Ordered several regular fries got curly fries instead and the one medium regular crinkle cut fry they gave me was a half empty box. Both shakes were completely melted by the time my order finally came out all of the fries were old and cold honestly I don't think any of the food was right. Three separate times I had to give them back bags of food that was someone else's.

When we entered the restaurant, there was only one other person there, that had just received his food.There were 3 employees that we could see from the register, but not one of them spoke to us. After about 5 minutes, and employee came from behind the counter carrying straws, walked past us, not saying a word, filled the straws at the soda station and walked past us again, without a word. We waited another 5 minutes for someone to come take our order. The woman that took our order was not friendly, did not ask what we would like to order, nor did she apologize for our wait.Needless to say, the entire establishment should have customer service training.I understand being busy, but they were not at all. At least acknowledge the customer, and say you will be with them shortly.

Arbys used to be better. There was nothing functionally wrong with our sandwiches. Either my tastes have changed, or Arbys used to be better. Whataburger still tastes great, but the only good thing about this visit was the fries. I still like those curly fries.

I don't know if y'all know this, but we can tell when you don't wash your tea containers. Go get a sweet at Whataburger, or McDonald's, or Taco Bell; and compare it to yours.Do better.......

We tried to order, the lady walked up. Soon as my husband started to give his order she started walking away. He then asked as she came back are you ready? She made the comment I'm waiting on you. He ordered and had a coupon so he asked if she needed the coupon cut out? He asked correct? Cut it out? Correct? She got mad and walked away yelling at someone else to take his order. The rudeness of the lady was not necessary. We walked out! We will not come back! If I could give a 0 star I would. This was not the first time an employee acted this way.
