Worst drive thru services EVER!! I had to repeat. 5 TIMES my order. First it all she didn’t let me finish my order on the drive thru, had to go to the first window and repeat and finished my order. First ice cream she got it WRONG . Then the second as well. I repeat it AGAIN . Got the ice cream WRONG AGAIN!! Then stood there in the window expecting me to agreed with the wrong ice cream. I REPEATED-AGAIN the order. Guess what ?? Got the ice cream wrong. Get your employees better trained. For something so simple. I gave back the wrongs ice cream . Last one i had to throw it cause she just stood there like no caring. Don’t like your job, get another one!! 0 services!!

Went to get breakfast this morning and wanted some dunkin, I ordered a bacon egg and CHEESE on sourdough bread. This is my first time coming to this Dunkin in a while. Number one their bread is not toasted, number two I had the slimest 2 strips of bacon I've ever seen. No cheese and overall a pitiful breakfast sandwich. I will not be returning

I love Baskin Robbin’s ice cream but this particular location is horrible! Don’t go there unless you plan to be treated poorly and you don’t want any ice cream. They are always, always out of ice cream! Took my grand daughters there today. They were so excited to go only to find out they had four, almost empty, buckets of ice cream. I won’t go back.

We stopped in tonight to celebrate my son’s birthday and everything was great! The girl working the counter was super friendly, great customer service! She gave my daughter a unicorn hat and hooked up my son for his birthday. My kids talked about it the entire way home. We’ll definitely be back.

Bad service, bad attitude. When I'm there first and then people pile in and everyone gets served except me that's bad. I bring it to your attention and you give me attitude? Yea no. Do better.

I went through the drive thru to buy a quart of chocolate chip ice cream. When I received the quart, the manager slammed my ice cream on the counter and slammed the drive thru window closed in my face. Another time I went, again bought a quart of chocolate chip, the worker wanted to argue with me and charge me extra for my order just because they had to grab the quart from the freezer in the dining room. Very very bad customer service. What I have come to learn is the workers have bad attitudes is because the manager has a bad attitude.

As soon as I entered the store, I was warmly greeted, setting a welcoming tone for my visit. The staff member who took my order was not only friendly but also engaged in a genuine conversation with me, making the service feel personal and attentive.What stood out was the noticeable improvement in customer service. It was evident that management has dedicated time and effort to enhancing the overall customer experience. The staff's approachable demeanor and the friendly farewell as I left the store were testaments to these efforts.Moreover, the coffee I ordered was great, complementing the overall positive experience. It's impressive to see such a quick and effective turnaround in service quality. This change has transformed my perspective on this Dunkin' location. If they continue with this level of service, they can count on having me as a loyal customer for life. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication to improvement!

Seeing that they are only 2-stars, tells me that I shouldn't post. HOWEVER, I am petty. It's bad when you see two young people working here quietly encouraging the other to come and provide service to my wife and myself (because they didn't want to scoop ice cream). Well, I can solve that issue for them. Instead we went to Jeremiah's where they were more than happy to help us. Ice cream is better to. So, to the two little teen b***hes that didn't want to serve us. Remember, without our dollars, you have no job. So, maybe the ownership should hire people that Want to do their job. Not just Get The Job.

Walked in and stood at the ice cream register. Several people behind the counter. Nobody told us to move to the DD register until we asked. Stood at the counter register for DD. Nobody said anything/acknowledged us. Girl came by and said register wasn't working. Went to back and got someone. They fixed it. She walked away. Nobody took my order. Still not acknowledge by anyone in the store. Poor girls at the window working so hard on drive thru. Other people standing at ice cream counter, I told them not to stand there because it was not "open". Will not be returning until management is better organized. Left without ordering out of frustration along with the man I told to change registers.

Worst Dunkin ever and i have been to many. Poor service, will get orders wrong, takes forever in the drive thru. Never a hello, thanks or please. "Sorry to bother you wanting to order something"

I hate to say it and I won't go in to depth about the multiple let downs I've had but I really hope someone who works with some type of control sees these reviews and reconsider the whole structure of the business plan. There's always something "out of stock", the line is always long. And I honestly can't be upset with the workers for having a attitude because I would have a attitude too if I can't do my job properly based on the company not providing the needs of the customer. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my drinks are always made right.
