Bill's is an excellent grill with that old-time atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the food is very good. It's right across the street from the VA, so the crowd is mostly veterans. All around, it's a great bunch of people.

As a bonafide, blue-blooded, George W. Texan, I can swear by the stars that authentic American hospitality is summoned in no greater helpings than in Bill's Grill. Why, when I saw ol' Bill wranglin' up that 10oz ribeye, I knew I'd been blessed by proper southern divination for it came to pass that such a beast would settle sizzlin' on my plate within the hour. And I tell ya, such a steak could make a fella take off his 12-gallon hat and ponder pensive like into the middle distance to 'preciate the feats of equanimity wrested from the brutal hand of our lowly origin.The coffee was okay.
