Went on a Sunday around 1 pm and there was no wait on being seated with orders taken quick. Food better than expected and hot when brought out. Waiter was personable and friendly.

If you are hungry, this place will satisfy you. They have gone downhill, particularly with their menu in recent years. The chicken crispers are not big and juicy like they used to be. Instead they are smaller and dried up.

Food is great every time. I don't agree with how they steal tips from servers when tipping with a debit/credit card. After finding that out, I've always tipped cash to my server.

Lovely service and food and one of the best places you can go on a Friday night. Also try the Mozzarella sticks Appetizer (theyre near hot pocket-sized but plenty nice and cheesy)
Trinity was our waitress and on her second day she knocked it out of the park! Extremely attentive staff and kind management. Most importantly the food is spectacular!! Great work everyone.

Food was horrible. My family ate there yesterday, they ordered ribeye , mash potatoes and broccoli for me.Steak was tasteless like old frozen meat.I took a bite and it was so bad I put it in the trash. So I asked my parents how was there food and they said the same. They couldn't finished their food because of the taste

Service was slow as the server forgot she did not take our food order. The restaurant was very loud and hard to have a conversation across the table. The food was very good though.
Horrible!! I watched my server serve everyone just as nice and friendly as could be and very short and dry with us. Then had the nerve to give me and OPENED disposable fork/spoon pack and tuck it under like I wasn't going to notice. I didn't eat my food,let my boys eat,pack my food to go. I watched my server expain to the couple next to me how to use the handheld and there was a questionnaire following. When he approached me I got "let me make sure everything was rung up correctly" that's all that's it. I TIPPED and we saw ourselves out cause he never came back to the table. I pressed for a receipt email and didn't get it. We will NEVER come back here!!

Great experience. But in waiting for our food, we noticed the ceiling and wall vents were nasty, filthy, greasy things! Clean your vents Chili's!!!
