The kids working weren't professional to say the least. Food was cold and when we ordered a pizza for the table... 30 minutes passed and still no pizza. Told them they could take their sign back and they"looked" in the oven to see if there was Even a pizza. The "manager" played on her phone. Dessert wise it took around 30 minutes to bring more out but it was very soggy..I'm only saying all this not to complain but to make Cici aware of the service we received. We still had a good time, we turned a bad experience into a good time no matter.

Did not put food out enough for the paying customers no supreme just sausage and peppers were as close as a supreme as it got game room 4 credits for 1 play just overpriced everything i spent 100 there and could have gotten 10x the quality and quantity anywhere else for that price left hungry from waiting on pizza salad bar was disgusting ranch was worse tasted old rotten yuck

For the price, it's honestly not bad, Cici's seems to have improved in quality a fair bit over the past decade or so, I would at least recommend trying.Parking: Good sized parking lot that always has spots

For the amount of people they can put in there vs the amount of food they can put out does not match. They seemed to struggle to keep a variety of different pizzas out or pizza out in general. All of the staff were amazingly friendly and easily able to keep the tables cleared off as well as the building clean.
Just wish they'd make more barbecue pizza and thin crust pizzas more

Went this evening with the family and asked them three times if a bbq chicken pizza could be put out. They told my boyfriend 15 minutes and then when I went to ask about it they said oh we forgot give us 10-15 minutes. But here’s a bbq pork pizza, I asked for it again and they forgot again, I checked one more time before leaving and again they hadn’t put one out.
