My family and I just had one of the best restaurant meals especially to-go ever! HIGHLY recommend the meatloaf, chicken and dumplings, SQUASH and kids pasta were a huge hit for us all! Definitely going to be ordering from here again very soon!

Ask for Eric! I almost gave up coming here because the service has been mediocre at best, but Eric totally changed my opinion. His service was flawless and pur food came out hot and fresh!!

First time visit. Impressed with everything we encountered. Plenty of food so we could get a second meal at home later. It was much better than expected for a food place in a mall.

I never leave a bad review but The Cotton Patch ruined my Christmas Eve family meal in an embarrassing way and nothing went right! We bought a Homestyle for the Holidays meal. First, they could not find my order. Second, they could not find reheating instructions anywhere. But the worst part were the portions. This meal is supposed to be able to feed six adults. I am including photos so that people can be the judge of whether or not they can feed six adults on Christmas and these pans of food are shallow, btw! Also, instructions dried out the turkey or it sucked beforehand....When I got home from picking it up, I called and spoke to a manager about the small portions and what they could do to fix it. The woman was indignant and not willing to give us more portions or anything else whatsoever! She was actually the most disagreeable and unprofessional manager that I have ever encountered and I spoke to her very nicely at first. This was a very special meal for a very special family and The Cotton Patch ruined it. By the time we got to the store to order more food, our local grocery store was out of just about everything! Whatever you do, please carefully consider this meal plan for your loved ones. Merry Christmas!

Had to modify an online catering order. Called before they opened and they answered! The manager Wendy took such good care of updating the catering order. She was so friendly and very accommodating. Plus, work loved the food!

Ordered again today because I'm addicted to the funnel cake fries. I ordered chips, salsa and queso. I received NO salsa ? if it wasn't for the delicious fries, I'd never order from here again. Uber refused a price adjustment so I paid $8 for 1/2 pint queso and chips.

Sheila is so nice! She is quick on her feet and helps so much every time I come. I would recommend this place to anyone just because of Sheila!!

We ordered the mushrooms for an appetizer, found a hair (thank goodness) in the first one, steak was cooked incorrectly , our server was the best part of our experience, manager didn’t bother to come over and apologize for the hair but stormed over to our table to inform us in very impolite terms to get out. We will never return but continue to warn everyone not to suffer the bad experience!

The Cotton Patch in Temple is where to go!! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the food was SO GOOD! We will definitely be visiting again! However, the Cotton Patch in Waco was very disappointing; the whole restaurant smelled (and not in a good way).

We had the fried green tomatoes to start. Very good with a nice crispy outside. We had the meatloaf and ask the catfish you can eat. The catfish was small but very good.
