I don't live in Temple and I decided to visit Crows after a 10+ year absence. The parking lot is still a hot mess since they only offer carry out and they don't have a drive-up window. Despite that, my order was ready in 10 minutes. I got the cheeseburger combo with onion rings - I was charged .40 cents for a "custom item" since I went with those instead of fries. Overall, the onion rings cost $4. They were really good, but you get very little for the price (the pic is missing the two I scarfed down!). When I unwrapped the burger, it was unapologetically glistening with grease. I blotted and tasted and....still pretty darn good. Overall, my cheeseburger, rings and a medium drink cost $13.12 before tip. If you crave unhealthy, tasty burgers, Crows is your place... if you can handle the hassle of parking.

The quality of this place has gone way down. Picked up a lunch order for my business and the food was stale and seemed to have been cooked the day before. Contacted the restaurant and recieved no reply.

I came in today for "just fries." Unseasoned fries was on Point. Sure, they were flabbergasted at first, but they all had smiles on. I'm looking over reviews... It seems entitled people just need to have their way. Hire me for a weekend, and I'll nicely remind them this ain't ? King . I'm friends with tx grackles.

Always a good burger

Burger and fries were pretty good. Staff was very rude to us when we finished eating at the picnic table and asked to refill our drinks, they refused. When asked why, they stated "we just don't do refills even if you eat at the picnic tables". We won't be returning to this establishment!!

I are at the picnic table outside. weather was beautiful. I guess the lady with the restroom problem didn't see the large sign that says "no public restroom". employees have always been very polite and respectful to their customers.

I had Crows burger when I was a kid and have always remembered it as one of the best burgers I've ever had. I was in town recently and was exited to show my wife this place. When ordering I specifically asked for no mustard as I hate the taste of mustard and it completely ruins the taste for me. Upon receiving our food I saw they had ignored my request so I went back and as nicely as possible told the staff. I even apologized to the staff for their own mistake, as I was still very exited to try this burger again after so long. When the staff gave me my burger back after only a minute or 2, I checked it to see they had just lazily scraped the mustard off the patty. I would have just kept the burger and done this myself if that's all they were going to do. I even told the staff this and they said they had given me a fresh burger which is ablantant lie as they had only taken a minute or two to return my food. I will never be back and this has completely ruined a childhood memory for me.

The burger was excellent and the onion rings were good, but I will not be back. They do not allow paying customers to use their restrooms. I had to go bad, but was still waiting on my order. I ended up having to leave to use the gas station's restroom across the street. When I returned, I informed them I would not be back as it is bad business to not allow paying customers the use of a restroom. They got rude and snarky with me and started yelling at me that it is allowed by Bell County Law they do not have to provide a bathroom since they are a to go establishment. I then told them that I do not care what the law allows, it is still bad business. This only made them more irate and rude to me. The only reason I gave 2 stars on service is because the cashier seemed nice until I told them they were providing bad business.
