Samantha, one of the female managers, is absolutely horrible and hung up in my face after telling her she was not being very helpful. The first time I tried ordering a pizza delivered to my house, I had to spend some time on the phone with the male manager because there was an error with my newer address being in a delivery zone and the driver delivered my pizza to the wrong pin point. The male manager made sure I was taken care and credited me a free pizza on my account AFTER having my second pizza delivered to my doorstep correctly. I am trying to redeem this free pizza today but I am still having issues with my delivery address and the coupon does not allow carry out. She kept cutting me off and speaking over me and basically told me it’s a corporate thing and wouldn’t help me. I told her she is being extremely unhelpful and that this must be a joke, she hung up on me. She also accused me of trying to get a free pizza from them when I already had one? Samantha should not be a manager at all.

The thin pizza that I got was almost burnt and I asked him why and they said that's just the way they come out. So I asked them to remake it and it was a regular hand tossed pizza and that was over done as well. I'm not happy at all with their pizzas and I probably won't be going there again.

This dominos sucks, they are open until 1am but stop working at 10pm, I tried to do a delivery on the same street as them 8min away and they said they couldn’t deliver to me, asked to just pick up the pizza instead and they said they can’t do carryout, like why are you even open if I can’t buy a pizza?

I've worked at a pizza parlor before and while I am aware of the amount of toppings is basically regulated and counted or weighed out I ordered three toppings (if u order more than one topping with pepperoni or salami ect. I know you put less for there to be space for other toppings,) however I got pepperoni, pineapple and jalapenos and the lack of Jalapenos was disappointing and the pineapples were a little lacking.The toppings seemed dry so perhaps make sure the pizza line cooler is being shut when not in use and toppings switched out regularly. Insure toppings are fresh.I did car side pick-up and I guess my phone or the app was malfunctioning because they said they didn't get any notification even though I had to confirm I was still waiting. Not a big deal, could be the app having issues.They didn't greet me when I walked in and it was really quiet and lifeless. It wasnt packed so seeing the workers being so....lifeless wasn't a very want and inviting environment.Since I had to walk into the store to get my pizza, which I didn't mind; they gave me my side of ranch and marinara free since I had to wait. The gentleman who helped me was polite and kind. Not a lot of issues but no lasting good experience that would encourage me to recommend to friends or family.I know working at a pizza place can suck sometimes but SHOW SOME LIFE AND CHARISMA MY PIZZA WOKER PEEPS!Parking: We have a truck and while it's not a big truck, more standard sized; the parking is limited if and if it's busy it's hard to park backed in or to back out and leave. Could use a car side pick up spot for customers or invest in a pickup window.

2nd time I order a thin crust pizza and it had black edges where it was burnt. The toppings looked over cooked and dried. The bread also was over cooked and burned. I told the assistant manager who answered the phone about first experience hoping it would not happen again. But it did. He did not apologize for it or promise it would not happen again.Won't use a third time. 2 strikes and your out.
