I’m not really one to take the time to write a review but I just have to . Everytime I order anything online and I get there for pick up they don’t ever have it so I have to choose something else to order which if it happens once or twice is fine but all the time ? And the last time I went this guy comes out asking me if instead of biscuit sandwich if I want it in a croissant , which I was okay with, but what really made me want to cancel the whole order was this guy was sweating...read full review
First time going to a Dunkin. Ordered two donuts. They got confused on the order and had us pull up to the next window. (We were the only people there). Took them a while to come out with the two donuts. The donuts were ice cold and gas station quality.

Literally every time I go here there is a problem. First the smoothie machine doesn’t work. The next time they are out of lots of ice cream flavors. The other day they literally told me in the drive thru they didn’t have time for the drive thru and I should come inside. Rude????
