THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It is right next to the gas station so I was hesitant to try it at first but i am so glad i did. It is now my go to for mexican food in the area. I got the quesadilla with carne asada and a whole chicken. The food was so good I didn't even have time to take a picture. They make the chickens fresh in the morning because my husband always smell them FROM HIS TRUCK AS HE DRIVING BY ON ADAMS. Will Definitely be returning!!! A must try even if just once. Fall off the bone chicken !! I ordered the chicken plate and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked and the rice, beans and authentic tortillas we perfect compliments. I will definitely be eating at this food truck again .

My sister dropped by to grab us lunch and this was my first time trying this place. The food is delicious! I got the pork burrito with everything on it...and that sucker is huge! That's the biggest burrito in Temple...hands down...let's just say...I have leftovers!
