Most mediocre food ever rice and beans so undercooked and not the right texture, it’s a sorry excuse for a chipotle knockoff, the only thing they have going for them is there “monster” size items which aren’t even worth the $3 up charge. The horrible customer service and employees just looking like and giving minimum energy just straight up not even wanting to be there is the cherry on top to this nasty experience save your coins and go to chipotle instead!

I ordered on the app, the order was ready 25 minutes after the time that I was told it would be ready when I ordered. What made it worse, is the wait if you went into the store was only 3 minutes. I ordered online because I didn't have time to wait, but after waiting over 20 minutes longer than I would have if I would've waited in the line, I don't intend on ever coming back here!

Food was good but they don't tell you that every single ingredient you add is 2 dollors the staff kept talking to each other instead of actually taking our order they stared at us like we were crazy bc it was our first time being there for 3 burritos and a kids meal is was 70 dollors which I don't understand how it is so expensive they changed us for a extra cup when we only asked for 3 we will never be going back to free birds even tho the food was good every thing els is horrible

Very friendly and courteous staff who provided exceptional service!The last time we went, the limeade tasted a little watered down. I do wish their menu carried a brown rice option, but the variety of options makes up for it.Vegetarian options: It's easy to make a vegetarian meal, as all you need to do is leave the meat off! Plenty of bean options and a multitude of toppings for a filling and delicious meal!Parking: Parking available in front of the store.Kid-friendliness: There's not any specific "kid" dishes, but kids are free to choose whatever toppings they like.
I had a Freebird flour burrito with Freebirds chicken, fillings and sauce of my choice. I also had chips and queso. Both items tasted good, and I liked the portion size as well. The service and atmosphere were fast and friendly. In short, I had a nice experience, and I will be returning.

I ordered last week Wednesday and when my order arrived I was completely disappointed. They charge basically for the meat, but I literally had about 1-2 tablespoons of diced chicken in the entire bowl. I searched through the bowl to be sure before calling. Also, paid for guacamole which was nearly $3 and there was no guacamole at all inside the bowl. I have the photos. Called them and the manager stated they would issue a refund. nothing has been initiated on my end. Almost a week later and there has not been a refund even pending. So basically, I paid $15 for a bowl of shredded lettuce. ?
