Great Ice Cream! But it’s got super dirty air vents and ceiling. Owner seems very nice. I hate to leave this review. I realize most people don’t care, but I cannot eat food that’s going to have that kind of dust all over it. Dust is dirty and unhealthy. Besides changing your filter, you have to clean your vents when you have a food establishment. What is up must come down especially when it’s right by airflow. I know not all owners/landlords will take care of the vent cleaning but you have to do something about it if they won’t. If you feel you shouldn’t have to pay then Take pictures call the county because I guarantee you it’s a problem. This ice cream place needs a women’s touch anyways no music and behind the counter looks like they are halfway moving out. Rent here has to be more expensive then some other locations

So the ice cream cakes are not very good, but going in for regular ice cream is worth it. The people who work there are nice but clearly don’t care about their job. I always have to ask them to ring me up and then they just put in the cheapest price regardless of what I ordered. I’ve been in on four different occasions with different people working and this has happened each time.

So cheap!!For what we got It (a small ice cream cone and a small ice cream cup) was so cheap and the amount was perfect,will be coming back.
First time we ordered strawberry cheesecake ice cream on the waffle. It was a long line due to short staff and with a lot of patience. It was worth the wait. ???

Ice cream is always good but the service severely lacks. Bunch of rude no manner having college kids run this place. Went tonight and not a single staff member was smiling or making conversation with the customers, they gave the place a very negative vibe. Once the girl was done making my ice cream I said thank you and smiled...she just looked at me and kept going...then i said thank you even louder and she just smirker n said your welcome and went bAck to her RBF. I then made sure to say loud where they could all hear " the customer service here sucks!" Makes me not want to go back here honestly..you don't feel welcomed

The facility was clean and good sanitary practices were in place. The selection was varied and there were several unique ice cream styles. The staff was young, friendly, and professional. We went in at 8:30 PM (30 minutes prior to closing) and were 5th in line. We were served and paid by 8:45 PM and the staff was uniformly kind and eager to please even though they were getting ready to close. This says a lot about their high standards, excellent staff training, great product, and their hiring goals. Great experience and damn good ice cream. Their banana splits make Dairy Queen look pathetic.
