We were there for our granddaughters birthday. We had two burgers with fries and an order cheese and bacon tater tots. All of the food was cold. Our burgers were cold and the tater tots were so cold the cheese wasn't even melted.

I ordered a limited time queso burger and was told by the attendant we have queso in a container and queso and chips which I assumed came with the burger. After waiting 20 minutes for our meal, my wife noticed that they never even made my burger!!! Horrible customer service

Call it in...they are short staffed, and they hustled. The classic burger was good. I am not a fan of double meat burgers. After asking, they offered a single classic,and it was good. I would return.

My family walked in Saturday night around 8:15. A little over an hour till closing and right when we walked in the door the cashier promptly said its going to be a 35 min wait as if to kindly say we should leave. Floors were dirty, counters were clutter..... guess we'll stick to the woodway location from now

It seems the crew & managers on shift, do not care what they put in a bag to be delivered!!!UPDATE: why would your company asked me to send an email directly to your store and NEVER give a response????This just sealed the deal.*****Hat Creek does not care about their customers!!!!!!****
