The reviews about the guy being rude is disrespectful. He works so hard to bring excellent japanese food at good prices. We do not have a lot of diversity in this town. It's either him or Nami's and I'd go to him 10 times out of 10.
This place is truly a hidden gem. It's like a joke how delicious this food is. I told my husband I got this Salmon hibachi meal from the Temple mall food court and that it was amazing, and he was understandably skeptical until he tried some for himself. Now every time I bring my kids to the adventure park in the Temple mall I get so excited to go to the food court and get the hibachi salmon. Best pho I've had in a long time. I got the beef and brisket pho. The broth was extremely well-seasoned and balanced. It was like a salty-sweet combination but I truly have no words to describe its full deliciousness. Beef and brisket were tender and juicy. Noodles cooked just right and really soaked up the flavor of the broth.
