I waited several minutes at the drive thru without being acknowledged so (because I had made up my mind about what I wanted) I went inside. The good news is that the food was actually really good - but what a wreck of a place. The Coke machine had NO flavors to add to the base, boxes and junk were sitting around... No standards

Worst jack in the box service ever, came thru the drive thru and they didn’t have a drink for a pickup I was doing, so while the customer replied they told me to park and just tap on the glass so I did as was told. Then they told me I had to go back thru the driverthru just to pick up the drink after they had told me to park and knock on the glass. Waited another 30 mins just for them to even move the line.

We drove through, and the sweetest lady took our order of 2 hamburgers. But it took so long we had to park, AND then turned off the car after awhile. We were the only customers there. The dressings were on the edge of the burgers only. And my sis got sick from hers.

This is by far the worst Jack in the box I have been to. And since I moved here to Temple I will never eat here again. The manager Quincy has very poor people skills. The food was cold and the rootbeer float tastes like Carbonated water mixed with milk. They need to do better.
