After going to Denny's up the road and waiting an hour without being served we came to Jack in the Box and thank the Lord for them! They were nice and polite, speedy and the food was good. Jack in the box coming in clutch!

Sat in drive thru, and no one came on the speaker. Waited several minutes, and nothing. 12-21-24, at 12:50 PM. The absurdity makes me laugh. How does this place stay open?
Ordered food around 10 and it’s 11:43. Dasher was quick the people in it not so much. It wasn’t busy so i don’t know what the hold up was.

Very slow service, both jack in the box app and an email said my order was ready, but when I approached the window to ask I could hear the associate asking the kitchen if they had my burger. The counter worker spent more time texting and checking her phone than worrying about customers. When I got my burger the bun was smashed and stale. I think I’ll venture to a restaurant with pride next time.
