Sol, please stop handing cups to people with your dirty gloved fingers deep inside the cups. And I mean dirty, visibly dirty, gloves.Then, ten minutes later, to see you drill your finger deep into your nose ... Blech!And when customers order a certain plate, we don't need your opinion on how you don't like what we just ordered.To the guy that brought us our food, when you set our plates on the table, and some chips slide off onto the table, don't pick them up and put them back on our plates. What were you thinking? ?‍♂️

We came in and ordered it took more than 30 mins to get our food and the pasta and potato were cold. I ordered extra chicken and cheese on my potato and didn’t receive any of it. This place use to be a great place to eat but not this time.

This may have been the most mood changing customer service I have ever received, Ian Gibbs is a huge help with choice making, going above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable and engaged with jokes and even a firm handshake and eye contact which I respect HIGHLY!

The best Jason's Deli I've visited, ever. The customer service is spot on. The kids mac and cheese is smooth and creamy, not clumpy and nasty like the location in Round Rock. The soft serve machine always works. The employees are helpful and even if they make a mistake they own it. The other Jason's Deli managers should learn something from this store.

I started working in this area and visit here daily never had an issue they were always very nice until last night i went to grab a drink before i went home. I take my $5 cup from there and am standing waiting on the manager and cashier to acknowledge me after about 5 mins i walk back to my store ask the other girl if she wanted a drink maybe give them a few mins they could wait on me. So I go back in go to the register and said id like 2 refills she looked like she had no idea what i meant and we and got "the big dog" as he called himself I again said i just needed 2 refills he said we dont do that here i said we been doing it over a week some charge me some say just grab one so im just trying to purchase one if needed again he was rude said get one but dont come back and do it again so obviously he wasnt wanting to give me one fine I just walked out and came back to ask the other worker if she wanted to buy one or go somewhere else so i left my cup went back to purchase a whole new cup im at work obviously cant leave and needed a drink asked the cashier for his name she walked back there he started yelling from the kitchen my name is Ean Tibbs....I left WITHOUT a drink for the 3rd time trying to purchase one.

Ordered a meal online and it took them 25 minutes to make a sandwich. Service is a joke! Whataburger would have been faster!

The service at the front was terrible. I didn't like the management, the cashier, and the attitude given to my friends over the issues at the front. I owe my thanks to the chef for making my birthday less of a mess and for compting our meal. The lady that rang us up at the front didn't know much about how to ring us up on the cash register, possibly a trainee. A male manager, I didn't quite catch his name but it started with an E, came up to fix some issues that we were having and seemed kind of snappy after we had multiple issues at the front with the cashier. We, my 2 friends and I, were having issues paying because they paid the wrong amount on tips. They refunded the money, but we weren't able to get our food because it takes 24-72 hours to show up as a refund. So we sat down to figure out the issue, and I was offering to pay as it was my birthday tradition to sit and eat strawberry shortcake with loved ones, but the chef in the kitchen compted our meal.

I ordered the deluxe sandwich tray, fruit and cheese tray, and cookies for our guys at work. I had this delivered. Service was extremely prompt and courteous. The guys LOVED the sandwiches. One raved about the tuna and the fruit dip. We will do this again!
