Went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time today. I placed the order online for 2 sandwiches and went in to pick it up. I walked and and was not acknowledged for a few minutes. I had waited for almost 15 minutes when I finally got the order. While I was waiting there was no other customers and the 3 staff members were joking around and taking their time. The woman making the sandwich had already made mine and was just working on the last sandwich. An older woman of the 3 was talking about how she has an infection on her arm, she was scratching over the counter and she said she thought that it was from when she was in jail a few weeks ago. That same lady picked up the phone and hung up on a customer as soon as she answered. Very poor experience and will not be back.

This was my first time coming to this specific location . My brother and I were looking over the menu due to not having Jersey mikes in over a year or so, the lady with purple hair missed to enter the drinks after just asking if we’d like drinks.. we agreed to drinks . There’s a lady who has visible tattoos with colorful braids that giving other customers attitude when they asked if they could have something something from their side of the countertop . And to top it off we checked out with our missing drinks I told them I was missing my drinks after the lady forgot to enter it and just shrugged and gave me a look as if it was my fault . They don’t display name tags so I can’t provide that . But my first experience in this store really turned my way of thinking for the staff . Rude and didn’t try to provide excellent customer service

Wasn’t even able to get food everyone was upset rolling their eyes and visibly upset that they had more customers came in at 6:00 and left at 6:02 it was that obvious that they were upset. Why work at fast food if you’re going to be upset for having customers?

This is a terrible location. Every other location has upbeat, friendly service - this place needs a whole vibe uplift. You can tell that no who works here wants to be here. The service is slow, and the people are rude. It's not worth my time or my money. I won't be back, and I'd definitely recommend going to another location or another business entirely.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's! Everyone here is super chill! They are friendly, efficient and everything is so fresh, and since they make it in front of you it's always correct. Seriously though... Mike's way....it's the best way!

12.17.23 I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering. I ordered from this location for the 1st and last time this evening. I called to place my order, the young man took my order and then told me I had to order on an app for delivery. I ordered on an app. My order arrived and was wrong. I called the store. A man answered the phone saying they are now closed. Online says they are open for another hour. I asked for the mgrs name because my order is wrong. He asked what's the problem. I told him the two sandwiches did not have the extra meat and extra cheese I asked for. I ordered 3 bags of chips, 2 bbq and 1 sunchip I received 2 bags of chips; 1 bbq and 1 baked plain. My tickets says (3) chips. I ordered 2 brownies and they sent 3. After I finished telling the man on the phone he became argumentative and combative, told me he made the sandwiches and fixed the order. I told him I screenshot my order when I placed it. I asked politely was he the mgr and what is his name? He said he's not dealing with this and hung the phone up in my face. I was very pleasant with him. After paying over $68 for the wrong order and delivery I suggest that people go to one of their competitors. No one should be treated this way and given anything other than their proper order and especially paying customers like myself. What happened to decent customer service? I feel attacked and victimized. Corporate will be receiving a call from me this Monday about this terrible experience.
