It took me some time to calm down to write this review. We arrived and were seated in the outdoor area & left. Finally, after 20 minutes we walked down to 3 west so we could actually eat in the same century in which we left the house to eat. It was not busy and there were plenty of wait staff there to ignore us entirely. We will never return for such disrespect & disregard for customer service. Now that I have heard y'all own 3 West too I'll be avoiding it from now on also. I refuse to support an obtuse owner.

Absolutely Stellar Dining Experience!The staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home, and Lindsey took excellent care and attention to detail as I browsed their extensive wine list.Now, onto the food – divine! The grilled salmon dish I ordered was cooked to perfection, tender and flaky with just the right amount of seasoning. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, complemented by fresh ingredients and expert culinary skill.The ambiance, the service, and above all, the exquisite cuisine make this restaurant a true standout in West Temple. I'll definitely be returning to indulge in more of their delectable offerings. Grazie mille for a memorable dining experience! Thanks again to Lindsey and the rest of the welcoming staff for this experience.
La Riv is my new favorite restaurant! The food is superb! Their bartender Regan makes the best drinks, & is so consistent with each one. I definitely recommend this place!

This was my first visit to La Riv, but it won't be my last! From making reservations to paying my check, it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Lindsey, was one of the best parts of the evening. She was very professional, while also being a lot of fun! The menu is very diverse and the kitchen staff's care and attention to detail is amazing! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

I'm disappointed I went here a couple weeks ago for lunch. I've heard mixed things about this place. You hear that it's an upscale restaurant but when you go inside it smells sour and our table was sticky. The hostess was frustrated with us when we didn't want to sit at the table that had the sun beaming down on it. Also it's funny how this place is full of windows displaying all the parked cars outside.? Then when we got our drinks the glasses were dirty one of them had food stuck to the bottom of it. The food was the real deal breaker we had a roach in one of the salads and we just left at that point. It was one thing after another. It was pretty ridiculous how the waitress downplayed everything. Won't be going back.

So the $$ for the price is not correct, the price for the entrees is minimum of $20. Me and my coworker got the roasted half chicken. I watched the guy in the kitchen pull the half chickens, saran wrapped and looked to honestly be precooked out unwrap it, pour some sauce from a bucket on it and put it in the oven. Not fresh at all. The chicken was bland and drier than the Sierra. The potatoes were overcooked and not seasoned at all. Waste of carbs. The best thing on the plate was the sauce they poured on the chicken from the bucket. Would not recommend this place to anyone for the price and I don’t see this restaurant working anywhere but in a small town. SMH.

We had a table of 10 for a 80th birthday party. The service was awesome and we never had to wait for anything. We constantly had refills of drinks before we had to ask. When the food came every meal was hot which was a great accomplishment for 10 people. We were there for almost 3 hours and had a great time.
If you prefer reservations then just say that. I don't need a hostess acting as they're doing me some huge favor by seating me. Her commentary was rude, especially since she was able to seat me immediately and give me my choice of table. The table service didn't get much better. I believe my server was trying, but her time may have been monopolized by a large party. The bruschetta and shrimp scampi were good, The rigatoni was not. There is a much nicer Italian restaurant in town. I really had high expectations for La Riv and and I'm disappointed it fell so short.

Susane was amazing since the moment I called to verify if reservations were needed, super informative and attentive! They are nicer in person Violeta dont even mention it LOVELY !!!! It was my first time and they made us feel like regulars. On the food and drinks Loved everything I ordered!Last but not least Patty the manager very hands on and professional definetly will come back and try the Georgetown location as well for the octopus!Thank you for a great Valentines day Lunch!XoXo
Place seemed understaffed. There was no waiter to help us for atleast 15 mins, while we sat on the table and looked around. Then when someone did, they forgot our drinks. Also, told to order everything now because they had a big party going on. Food was below par for the price.

Went here on a whim. All I can say is wow it was good. I had the Osso Buco and it was perfectly prepared and simply amazing. Great food, good service, and on Tuesday nights live piano. Highly recommend!
