Ordered two pizzas online to be picked up at 8:30 tonight (3/26/24).Why let us choose a time when the pizzas aren’t even gonna be ready at that time? We had to wait an extra 15 mins. The female was more worried about chatting with workers that were actually working instead of taking care of the customers and when she did come upfront she seemed like it was a bother. One customer had to yell twice to get someone’s attention to come give her ranches. Everytime someone came in they were being told it would be a 15 minute wait. They didn’t even have pizzas already made. What’s the point of hot and readys if there are none ready? There were at least three guys working in the back and then the female really not doing anything tonight.

We order 3 pizza's, crazy bread combo and cheese bread. It took 45 minutes. They are extremely short staffed and need help at this location. The lady at the counter was trying her best.

Not the same quality that it normally is, the pizza is overcooked mostly with burnt spots. They're quantity of cheese usage is lesser than usual. The wings are overcooked and dried out mostly. It's pretty much the Dollar tree version of Pizza Hut if you want to compare it to or at least to some
