Today I was looking forward tryin out the re opened Long John's for dinner in Temple. Went thru the drive thru, 2 cars in front on me and took over 30 min. to get my food. I asked the girl at the window if my order had 2 fish 1 chicken just double checking as she handed me the bag...she looked offended and replied with a snidy yes. Got home and just as I figured 2 chicken 1 fish....think I'll go back to the one in Killeen from now on, at least they get my order right without attitude.

Im new to Temple. Nice new modern building. Overall great experience. Best part , for me, was employee named Tammy. Walks around with a tray of tartar sauce and ketchup. It’s a simple thing but it’s great customer service in my opinion

Outside very clean. Asphalt in parking lot needs repair. Inside very clean. Service fast and friendly. Fair amount of food for price. My food fish and fries were room temperature. Sweet tea very good. Over all as a fish food place I give a 3.

Went through the drive thru tonight. After I ordered, I pulled forward and there was two cars in front of me. It took 27 minutes to get my food. Painfully slow. Only saving grace was food was hot and seemed fresh. But the wait was ridiculous and probably will be the reason I don't go back.

Can't get two simple platters right, they only give you one tarter sauce per
The counter help was rude. Initially walked off when we walked up. Someone else came to help and was helping and kind But rudly pushed her out of way verbally. Embarrassing for her and us. He needs more service training. Or put in back. Right back out the door. Just reopened....and I may never go back because of service. Give me better service. I may return. We had made it our Monday night stop. Unfortunately we may choice another restaurant.

A newer long John silvers.. couldn't believe it. The workers were great, food was good and exactly as I remember .. however didn't give any crunchies with anyone's meal.. that's almost a must

I called the store twice today asking to see if the store was hiring because there is a big sign that says still hiring I call the first time they say no I figured it wasn’t the boss because I didn’t ask to speak to one I was rudely told no and got hung up on the second time I called the manager was in the back hollering “ I don’t even want to answer that right now “ and so I hung up this is poor management already why have a still hiring sign if your not willing to hire ? And why are you being rude I will be calling corporate because that was uncalled for !
