Ordered to go as I'm sick and McAlisters is the best comfort food- everything looks and tastes great, met all expectations. However, when my husband went in to give his name for the pickup, the staff began laughing in his face, went to the back, came back to hand him his food, and nothing else was said. Not sure how to take that other than disrespectfully when no explanation is given.

This is an exceptional McAlisters Deli. It was staffed well with numerous employees checking in on us during our meal if we “need anything else” or “how are you doing “. The salad was cool and crisp and our sandwiches were as great as McAlister’s reputation. Also, cleanliness of the entire restaurant must have been a top priority for the management. Follow your Google maps directions to arrive there easily from wherever you are. I am not from there and do not know anyone who works at any McAlisters. I just feel that great food served by caring employees at a great restaurant should be recognized.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bun is one of my wife’s favorite.
My plate was dirty for one. When the mgr left the servers just looked around and finally someone came out of the kitchen and asked if we needed a refill out anything.Vegetarian options: It has a good selection

Have had good experiences before but this time, I ordered the Black Angus Spud with no changes and just received a dry potato with meat and cheese no additional toppings were included such as onions or au jus. Edited to include : management did reach out in an effort to make things right.
