I got two Happy Meals with Chicken McNuggets today for my grandchildren. When I got home with them. in the chicken McNugget box was two greasy hamburger patties, no McNuggets. My grandchildren were crying. I never got a receipt so I called them to ask if I could drive all the way back to exchange them. The telephone line was continually busy and I wasn't able to even leave a message. Very poor customer service and beyond believable horrible food.

Drive through rep was very rude omg !!! I always take my kid there and never had a issue but here recently they have been off the chain .. The manager is such a friendly person hope she reads this and addresses the importance of CUSTOMER SERVICE I mean least tell your customer " To have a good day something"

I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches add pickles and ketchup it was so sloppy only one had what I asked but both was covered in mayo but it was just messy I ate it tho but I'm just sayin that was wild.

Like with anything in a customer service profession, it's how you carry yourself that makes the establishment welcoming. Granted it's not everyone in the restaurant and I get that situation can cause the mood of individuals. Having worked in customer service myself, not acknowledging (manners: greeting, etc.) customers take away from the experience. Then again this is McDonald's I'm talking about so maybe acceptable?

You’re a 24/7 store. If your gonna close for deep cleaning make it during the late night shift when there are few to no orders, not during your dinner rush???And don’t just ignore confused customers at your window shaking your head when we have already prepaid wondering where our food is after sitting for an hour BEFORE you suddenly closed.
