Ordered 3 cheeseburgers and received complete trash. This is the second time this has happened. No cheese, no mustard, barely any ketchup, and no onions. I called 20 times and no answer, worst location.

Dining area dirty tables not clean floors with soda on floor by soda area slip and fall waiting to happen no caution cones on floor. Supervisor Lori working afternoon shift about 2:30 pm . This store has gone way down and I now take my business elsewhere.

THE WORST in Bell County TX. I was given garbage for food that made me literally sick. Unprofessional, nasty and really bad service. Went to this location a couple of nights ago about 30 minutes before closing. Received old patties Mcdouble with missing pickles, old hard fries and muddy water tea. I ALWAYS order a FRESH COOKED MCDOUBLE WITH NO SALT, a FRESH ORDER OF SMALL FRIES, and a SWEET TEA with LITE ICE. I tried to eat the burger. I left the fries and tea. I was sick for a few days from eating that nasty old burger. I called several times that night. No one answered and I left a voicemail. No one call back.JUST NOW, my daughter wanted me to go to this same place because it’s closer to our home while I picked up a groceries order. I decided to take the tea back to them. Nevermind about them messing up my entire order the last time. Some little chicana that obviously thinks she’s cute told me that she couldn’t exchange my tea while I was in drive thru placing today’s order. She then tried to put my order in as COOKED WELL DONE. I told her it’s supposed to read NO SALT AND FRESH OFF THE GRILL OR COOKED TO ORDER not COOKED WELL DONE. She told me to wait. When she FINALLY figured it out she told me that she won’t replace the tea. My daughter wanted a coke for her drink. I was told they didn’t have coke so I ordered her a sweet tea. I asked for a manager. She told me to wait. When she finally came back on the headset she told me to pull up. At the window she was holding up progress by talking to some man in his car that had already paid and could pull up two cars length but she hung out the window laughing and talking with this man. I got to the window and showed her the cloudy tea and told her my entire order was messed up last time but I’m paying for everything today except the tea. She told me she can’t do that. I asked for a manager again. Two different people that was not the manager came and was talking to her, looking at me and sneering while I waited patiently in the SUV. A manager finally came name Presten or something. She asked what happened. I told her about my last visit a couple of nights ago. The chicano started arguing with me saying I told her I came last night. I corrected her and she rolled her eyes at me and stared at the wall. I told her no my daughter came at night before they closed a few days ago. Obviously she has hearing and communication problems and she kept me from seeing her name badge. I told the manager Presley or whatever her name is about my messed up order before and I was just wanting to replace the tea. I left the previous receipt at home and I was only asking to exchange the full cup of cloudy tea for a regular looking sweet tea. The manager said she could do that. I tried to give her back the bad tea and she told me to keep it. For what? I didn’t drink it then and I’m not drinking it now. I get to the window and Matthew is ALWAYS nice and accommodating which is the ONLY reason I gave a star. He fixed my drinks correctly, excused himself to go get my food. My bp was up already and I was ready to go home so I did not check my bag. When I returned home they gave me the wrong pies as you see in the picture. I don’t know what that red stuff is. Both orders of fries were old, and my McDouble looks like it was stomped on. I’m not sure what’s going on with the bun. The bottom is soggy wet like it was dipped in the rag bucket, the top has a fingernail poke and the mustard that’s supposed to be on there just smh it just looks like it was abused and used to wipe someone’s behind. I’m not eating that crap and I advise any and everybody that reads this to not patronize this location. Obviously they don’t care who they get sick being nasty and serving food a homeless dog wouldn’t eat. The receipt says valued customer. It’s never that with chicanas that have attitude and privilege issues at this location. I can’t believe she raised her voice at me and got her two coworkers to gawk at me before the manager came. She does not need to be anywhere near customers that’s not like her.

Slightly upset to have come home to a medium fry instead of a large, which is what I paid for with my meal. I’m in the food industry myself and I understand times have been challenging, however the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the moment. Do better please. Thanks! :)

By far slowest service I have seen in my entire life. However, they are at least consistent with it. What has every other McDonald’s location figured out that this manager hasn’t? Get it together.

Went through the drive through… took 30 minutes while 3 cars behind me got their food… i pulled over and went inside , staff were extremely rude … don’t know who was on shift this time but honestly i hope management addresses it or don’t even bother and just go to water burger …. am not even going to unpack how i’m allergic to tomato’s and they still added it into my burger

When coming to an establishment that says it’s open online you would think it would be open when you get there. Unfortunately the multiple time me and my family have tried to come here there’s always something going on that they close early. I personally think that if y’all can’t take orders that’s fine but you need to train your employees to be nicer at the speaker.
