the food was more of a 4 and a half so better than most tex-mex ive tried and the service was amazing. Greeted as soon as i entered the building and met with one of the best servers ive had(her name is sophia btw). the decor could use some work but other than that 10/10 would recommend.Parking: location spot in general hard to find when driving by

Lunch was not good at all. Green sauce was awful. Paid $10.99 for a taco, enchilada and a tostado, and none of it was good or worth the money. Will not go back.

Only people in restaurant which should have been a red flag. The food here is of poor quality. The chicken on the fajitas was dry. The refried beans were orange in color and crusted over as well as sour. The cheese enchiladas the cheese wasn’t melted and the corn tortilla was so tough you couldn’t cut through. Server only visited the table once. And the manger couldn’t be bothered to come to table after being told about. The bad experience. Sad to see a long time temple staple. Go down this route.Won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone.

Portion sizes are pathetic. Paid 32.02 for a mouthful of fajitas, the majority of which was just peppers and onions. I ordered the fajitas grande, but there's not much GRANDE about it.

They have this crawfish étouffée with spinach and shrimp THAT IS GIVING!!! Just have to make sure the fried tortilla they give are dried. Got it one day, and the fried tortilla was perfect, 2 days later, and they were laiden with grease and floppy. Thank goodness for the tortilla chips they gave with every order. I was able to use those for the dip. The rice and charro beans are so flavorful and was perfect with my taco platter I ordered.

Food was really good. My kids like the food they got as well. The best part of the food was the chimichanga cheesecake! I’m biased to that because I love dessert.Service was friendly and pleasant.Atmosphere was interesting. Not a lot of banners and a Mexican atmosphere that I am accustomed to. Nevertheless, it was a good place to eat at.

We have been here probably a dozen times, and we went yesterday after not going for about 6 months. I don't know if they are under new management but they took down the flags/banners that used to hang from the ceiling, and changed the lighting and it's just not the same atmosphere. I get that everything has gone up, and I guess they finally raised their prices to keep up. What used to be a good experience now seems overpriced, and we probably won't be back soon.

We ordered through DoorDash so can’t comment on service and atmosphere, but giving 2 stars cause we were so disappointed when our food arrived!!Besides getting our order wrong ( they sent rice when I specifically clicked ‘ no rice, yes bean’; 2 portions of rice came and no beans), we were disappointed to see how small the portions were ( they look big in the pics, but believe me they were small and we still felt hungry!)I ordered a cup of tortilla soup and soup was cold and def not a cup but a shallow container not worth the $8 I paid for.I also added sides of guacamole for $1.19 each. They were so tiny and in one scoop, they were gone.Food was ok I have to say, but not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had.Temple is full of good Mexican restaurants and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I believe feedback must be given so management can improve.

Very first time to eat here and we were hoping the food would be great. Started off with drinks, chips and salsa. Those were great. Sadly the food, not so much. The beans were too salty, food was too greasy, and what is it about putting cheese on everything? Poor presentation. They may not have staff because some tables still had dirty dishes and food took forever to get to us...we were the only ones there. We were not impressed. We won't be going back.

Several comments:Food was terrible, we order chille relleno with fajita, first of all the meet suppose to be inside the chile not outside, it was cooked like fried chicken and topped with yellow cheese, the taste and the presentation was horrible, guys this is not even close to Mexican style. The carne asada was a small portion and topped with cheese, why??? Terrible idea. The charro beans taste was terrible same as the rice. Flour tortillas were from a package terrible taste, in addition the place smelled like a bad restroom. To be honest, I will never come back or recommend this place. This is not mexicam food at all.Get better, that is why the place next door was full, and this place just few unlucky customers.Service was good..Staff friendly.Good advise, review your menu, and improve your recipies, remove yellow cheese, real mexican food does not use it.

Food was not good at all. Queso was warmed up velveeta, salsa tasted like jared Paso. I had the barbacoa tacos and the meat was soggy and smelled old and rancid. could not eat it. Rice was blank and chewy. My husband’s enchiladas were bland and tasted like reheated frozen food with thick velveeta poured on. Waste of money. Horrible.

Personally, I didn't like the dish I ate, chile stuffed with beef. It has nothing to do with Mexican food.
