Honestly don’t they have one decent employee working there. Did an online order, got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, had to wait another 15 while watching them slowly serve everyone else in the store. Finally was rudely given my food like I was a burden. Got home and realized they left out 1/3 of our order. Save yourself the trouble and go to quick trip down the road, same quality food and you won’t wait 45 minutes for it…

This place sucks! Every single time they will either mess up your order or have you wait for more than 30 minutes! Doesn’t matter if it’s through the drive thru or if you dine inside. I have an online order today and have been here waiting for 25 min and they just came out to say that they don’t have the ingredients to make my order but refuse to give me a refund!!!

I always order through their website and they always forget to add the teriyaki packets for the chicken.
I had Uber deliver food to us, as I'm quarantined due to covid. Nowhere on the website was I able to order extras like soy sauce, and then they shorted me my Honey Walnut Shrimp, which I paid extra for. To make matter worse, all the portions were quite a bit smaller than usual, maybe about 1/3 of normal. Very disappointing, Panda Express.
