I was a little disappointed today when I picked up my order. I ordered the pick 2. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and the green goddess salad. The green goddess dressing barely wet the salad and my bread was so tiny. I was so sad, it wasn’t enough to eat with my soup. ?

I cannot even understand why this place can stay open. The rolls were so hard that you could not break them apart with your hand ,let alone try to eat one. Even the crust on the white bread was so hard and dry you could not break it apart, I will never waste my money in thisPlace again

God, the big girl at the drive thru has to be the most miserable worker I’ve EVER encountered. As someone who’s worked food service, I’ve never seen anyone so impatient and hateful toward customers.Everyone else is so kind, but why make her the point of contact with customers at the drive thru?Makes me wonder if she tampers with customers food just because of her miserable day at work.And it’s constant!! every time I come and get food, she is always working.

Had a wonderful experience here today. Wasn't very crowded. Thanks to our wonderful hostess, Stephanie, was able to get the food and salad that I wanted. Cobb Salad was fantastic, the Broccoli cheddar soup was scrumptious. unsure why panera acts like customers are bothering them. drive through customer service needs some help. the only polite person was the young girl handing the food through the window. someone please teach the girl taking orders to be nice to customers!!!

I used to love this place - sad it has deteriorated so much in the last 2 years. They seem to run out of bread (panera bread! Hello?!) all the time, coffee is cold, the soups are cold, my favorite napa almond chicken salad sandwich is a joke these days - they don't even seem to assemble the sandwich properly. Nobody seems to care. The microwave oven doesn't work and most days is unclean.See photo. If you show up after 7pm the place is ghost town.I am not recommending anything at this place. I do hope the place turns around.

Ordered breakfast through door dash. Ordered the Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta. I was so disappointed. This is a 2 inch by 2 inch cut of hard bread with the equivalent of a McDonald's folded egg, once piece of bacon broken in half, and cheese. Actually McDonald's folded eggs are more flavorful. It was very bland had a weird taste like it had been stored in cardboard. :( Only reason for 2 stars is the cinnamon roll was okay. Overall extremely disappointed especially for the money paid.
The Chicken Take sandwich is a huge disappointment. One can get a much better chicken sandwich at almost any fast food location at a out half the price. It seems the best choice is the salad or soups. The pick two is no bargain. Panera seems to have pushed prices to the outer space. One person, $20+.... and... Why are the bagels never warm? Even early morning? Are they frozen then thaw overnight? Do they ever make fresh coffee without asking?

I remember when you would pay 10-11 dollars for a sandwich and it would actually be worth it… the quality of the food here is just a joke and every time I try again, I end up having to come back and correct something. It’s too high for them not to care about how they make the food here at this location.
